For deliveries of small quantities we charge a surcharge of 30.00 euros per unit. If your order is 60% incorrectly calculated, we will charge you a flat rate of 80% of the price list for the goods delivered for the services provided. Empty containers that are not returned will be charged extra. Alcoholic drinks that have been ordered and not consumed will not be taken back. Soft drinks will only be taken back and credited in whole units (not mixed). The prices stated here are subject to general price increases.

This is a non-exhaustive list of food suggestions, which can be expanded according to your wishes. Please note that some of the food preparation or heating can only be done at the stand, and delivery is sometimes only possible if ordered 5 working days in advance.

All prices are net plus VAT.
When placing an order, we charge a deposit of 80% of the calculated net total amount.

A flat rate of 30.00 euros is due per delivery. If assembly and disassembly is required for buffets, this is not free of charge. The rental of the goods is for a basic rental period of 3 calendar days, including the day of receipt and return. Extended rental periods can be agreed. For goods returned that have not been cleaned, we charge a rental fee surcharge of 100%. For missing or damaged parts, the replacement value and 20% handling costs will be charged.

A written order confirmation/order must be received at least 6 weeks before the start of the event. Disposal of wet and dry waste as well as electricity and water charges are carried out by the stand operator (organizer).

Deliveries are made to the first door or staircase. If required, additional services such as assembly and dismantling, closing of the event and delivery of goods are available for an additional hourly fee. However, this must be communicated when ordering.
